First Room of Remodel
This room was the first room that we started working on during a live-in remodel started just over one year ago! This project consisted of removing the shelving out of the closet, minor drywall repairs, a color change on the walls, installing vinyl plank flooring, installing primed pine quarter-round, caulking and recaulking all of the trim & casing, spraying the door and closet doors with Sherwin-Williams Emerald Urethane Satin in Tricorn Black, minor repairs and stain blocking on the ceiling, painting the ceiling, painting the trim & casing with Coronado Multapply Semi, installing new outlet & switch covers, and installing new closet door tracks.
